How do I receive my license?

After payment you get an order confirmation by email. License keys and download links are sent to the same address, usually within minutes. Check spam and promotions tabs.

Can I get an invoice with VAT?

Invoices are generated for completed orders where applicable. Companies can enter VAT details at checkout when the form is available; retain the PDF for your accounting.

What if my key does not work?

Copy the key carefully without spaces. If activation still fails, contact support with your order number and a screenshot of the error — we will validate against the supplier record.

How do refunds work for digital goods?

EU consumers generally have a right of withdrawal for distance contracts, with statutory exceptions once a digital good is unlocked. Read the withdrawal and money-back pages linked in the footer for the exact process.

I forgot my password — what now?

Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen. You will receive a reset link. If the mail does not arrive, whitelist our domain or contact support from the address you registered with.
