Scope
For eligible digital products, if a license key supplied by us is defective or revoked through no misuse on your side, we will provide a working replacement or refund the purchase price within one hundred eighty (180) days of delivery, subject to manufacturer or vendor verification where required.
What we need from you
Order number, product name, proof of the activation error (screenshot or vendor message), and confirmation that the key was not published online or resold.
Statutory rights
