Accepted payment methods

Wandlit offers multiple secure payment options. Available methods may vary by region and are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Credit & debit cards

We accept major credit and debit cards where enabled:

  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover

Digital wallets & bank methods

Depending on your region and device, checkout may also include:

  • PayPal — pay securely with your PayPal account or linked funding sources
  • Apple Pay — on compatible devices where enabled
  • Google Pay — fast checkout where supported
  • Other methods such as Klarna, SEPA direct debit, or Sofort bank transfer when shown at checkout

Payment security

All transactions are protected with:

  • Strong TLS (HTTPS) encryption between your browser and our services
  • PCI DSS–aligned processing through certified payment providers
  • Fraud detection and prevention systems operated by us and our payment partners

Your information is safe

We do not store your full credit card number or security code on our servers. Card and wallet data are handled by secure, certified payment providers. Data transmission to those providers is encrypted.

Billing information

After successful payment, you will usually receive:

  • Email confirmation with your order number and line items
  • A digital receipt for your records where issued
  • License key(s) and download or activation instructions

Currency

How prices and settlement work:

  • Prices are shown in the currency you select at checkout (often EUR for customers in Germany and the EU) unless a product page states otherwise
  • If your bank or card issuer settles in another currency, conversion and any bank fees are determined by that institution at the time of purchase

If your payment is declined:

  • Verify that your card or wallet details are correct
  • Check with your bank for blocks, limits, or authentication (3-D Secure) steps
  • Try an alternative payment method shown at checkout
  • Contact our support team for assistance

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method where technically possible. You will typically see the credit within 5–7 business days after we submit the refund; your card issuer or bank may need additional time to post it.
