Physical product returns

If you receive a new, unopened physical product and wish to return it, you may do so within one hundred eighty (180) days of delivery. We will issue a full refund minus any shipping charges, once the product is returned to us and inspected.

  • Requirements: product must be new, unopened, and in original packaging

Digital product returns

All digital returns undergo manufacturer or vendor verification to confirm the license key has not been activated or tampered with. After verification, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method where eligible.

  • Verification: license keys must be unused and unactivated for refund eligibility

Retail licenses

Standard retail (perpetual) license products:

  • No return fee if verified as unused or inactive.
  • Full refund available for unused licenses that pass verification.

Microsoft 365 / Office 365 and Open License programs

Subscription-based Microsoft 365 / Office 365 plans and certain Open License–style program keys are non-refundable once provisioned or where the publisher does not allow deactivation. These products cannot be returned or refunded except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

  • Cannot be returned or refunded in line with publisher rules shown at checkout.

Activated keys

Once a product key has been successfully activated or activation has been attempted in a way that consumes the entitlement, it generally becomes non-refundable.

  • Activation typically voids return eligibility for that key.

Return process

1. Contact support — email us with your order number and reason for return. 2. Verification — we check license status and return eligibility with you and, where needed, the publisher. 3. Return authorization — you receive return instructions and authorization (for physical goods, a return label or address; for digital goods, confirmation of eligibility). 4. Refund issued — after approval, a full refund is processed to your original payment method, minus any non-refundable shipping or fees stated at purchase.
