Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you generally have a fourteen-day right to cancel distance contracts. Exceptions apply once digital content has been made available with your prior consent.
Withdrawal instruction (summary)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you acquire physical possession of goods or, for services/digital content, after the day of contract conclusion — see the full model instructions applicable at the time of your order.
Premature expiry for digital goods
For a contract concerning digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, your withdrawal right expires if we have started performance after you expressly consented to early performance and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal once execution has begun.
How to withdraw
Send an unequivocal statement (e.g. letter or email) identifying your order. You may use the contact channels in the legal notice. We confirm receipt without undue delay.
Effects of withdrawal
We reimburse all payments received, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
